About
Dancette, a former student of Bette White, is now a distinguished professional dancer and choreographer. With over 20 years of dance experience, she has developed unique styles in tap, jazz, salsa, hip-hop, and praise dancing. Her exceptional work has been highlighted in prominent publications such as Dance Teacher Magazine and Dance Spirit Magazine.

Currently serving as the Vice President of the National Association of Dance Affiliated Arts, Dancette has graced many prestigious stages. She has performed at MTV's Direct Effect, Madison Square Garden, PNC Arts Center, New Jersey Performing Arts Center, Beacon Theater, Apollo Theater, Prudential Center, Carnival Choreographers Ball, World Changers Church New York, and even opened for Chris Brown on his Run It tour. Additionally, she has performed at 3121 in Las Vegas with Prince.
Dancette's talent has been showcased on numerous billboards, and she has led many dance competition teams to victory, often securing first place. Her skills and artistry have taken her from New Jersey to China, where she continues to inspire and captivate audiences worldwide.

Hi, I am Karim “High Voltage” Rayford. You may know me from the dance group Dynamic Dynasty, where I began my dance career. We performed, hosted, and produced multiple dance events, including the Dynasty Dance Tour, Newark Mayor of Dance, King of the Cypher, and World of Dance.
Currently, my main focus is on helping the youth by teaching hip hop at Inspirational Dance. I have been a part of this community for several years, and I love what I do. Seeing the growth in the children year after year makes it all worthwhile.

Jawhar
Jawhar (Jojo) Brooks began her dance journey at the tender age of 3, immersing herself in Guinea West African Dance with Zawadi School of African Dance. Her passion for dance quickly expanded to encompass almost every other style through Inspirational Dance.
At 16, Jojo joined the NYC dance community to pursue her craft more seriously. She found her home at Brickhouse NYC, training under Kelly Peters for around five years. Additionally, she has had the opportunity to train with Ryan Miller and Theresa Stone in the Find Your Life Intensive.

Lisa Lefevre is a dedicated health coach, dance teacher, and private stretch instructor. She actively participates in the praise dance team at her church and cherishes her journey in motherhood.
Rich Nyce
Born in the birthplace of Bronx, and raised in the heart of New Jersey, Richard (Rich Nyce) Marshall has lived a life close to the street culture that bred him. A true example of a “Jack of All” dancer that has always learned and absorbed
everything he could from instrumental music training, house dance, jersey club dance, and hip-hop styles to his influence on his particular style of bboying. Breakin now for 20 years, Rich has been in commercials, music videos, movies, and live performances.
Shannon Hargrove
This is Shannon Hargrove and she has been dancing for 20 Years! Dance has always been a part of her life as long as she can remember. She also went on to win Miss NAADA in 2016 and also performed at Disney world in the Dance the World Parade. She’s been gracious to perform with local artists during live performances and even music videos. She loves teaching and spreading my gift with the world.
